Training Programmes

Training programme for athletes who want a programme to follow to achieve their goals.  These can be managed with you or self-managed by the athlete.

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions are face to face analysis and testing activities to baseline current performance and advise on skill and fitness improvement.

Coach Consultation

Just unsure of how to train or goals to achieve for next year – Ironman or Age Group Champs.  Personal 1:1 session – you set the agenda.
