Individual sessions are face to face analysis and testing activities to baseline current performance and advise on skill and fitness improvement.

Bike Individual

An individually designed session which covers some of:

  • Bike Set Up – check with set up application and individual report
  • Bike Session aimed at current ability – from basic (using gears) to advanced
  • Power analysis
  • Technique Analysis with advice whilst riding, drills and a coaching session with written report.
  • Practice & Drills/ Training
  • Video Analysis and testing
  • Learn how to brake, corner, climb, descend and pedal correctly.

The cost of an individual session is £45 for 90 mins.

Run Individual

An individually session specifically designed to improve your running speed, technique and endurance. Topics covered are:

  • Technique & Drills
  • Run Session with video analysis
  • Technique Analysis: posture, gait, style and drills during a coaching session. Learn how to run efficiently.
  • Running style analysis
  • Heart Rate Tests

The cost of an individual session is £45 for 90 mins.

Swim Individual

An individually session specifically designed to improve your swimming technique, speed and endurance. Sessions available are:

  • Technique
  • Drills
  • Learn how to swim efficiently.
  • Swim Technique Analysis: full video analysis of swim stroke and drills during a coaching session.
  • Swim Analysis report with recommendations and drills
  • Setting a swim programme to achieve your goals
  • Swim training session
  • Open Water training

All sessions will take place at the Marlborough College swimming pool unless a suitable alternative can be identified.
