  • Initial consultation of training needs
  • Personal training plan delivered via Training Peaks
  • Unlimited email contact with coach
  • Weekly review email from coach
  • Fortnightly 30-minute call with coach (athlete initiated)
  • Unlimited updates to plan
  • Advice on nutrition, strength, flexibility
  • Advice on race day strategy and nutrition
  • There is a £50 set up charge for this service

Coaching Plan

For athletes who want to manage their own programme but want help setting it up

The charge is £10 per week to devise the programme

  • Initial consultation of training needs
  • Personal training plan delivered via Training Peaks
  • Unlimited email contact with coach
  • Updates to plan – may be charged depending on extent
  • There is a £50 set up charge for this service

Coach Consultation

For athletes who just want help and advice on specific aspects of their training programme or goals.

The charge is £40 per hour

The agenda is entirely yours but could include:

  • Goal setting for the future
  • Training for specific races
  • Training programme review
  • Specific issues with training which you require advice with
  • Nutrition and strength training
